At Natural Flow Design we are dedicated to making the process of working with us as easy and painless as possible. Which is why we have created quick and easy guide on how to do business with us. Remember; if at any step in this process you need assistance, please feel free to contact us.
Determine Your Vision
Decide exactly what your needs are. Create a vision of what you are looking for, and write it down. If you have problems creating a vision ask yourself:

How would I like to communicate this?
Determine Your Budget
Check out our prices, and determine your budget. If you find our prices are a bit high for your budget, proceed to the next steps anyway, keeping in mind any issues with pricing to notify us. If you have problems determining a budget ask yourself:

What am I looking to spend as an initial charge?

Am I prepared to pay any annual rates?

How often do I require content to be changed? Do I require monthly changes, or changes on an "as needed" basis?
Collect Your Content
Collect all media and information. This includes: logos, images, text, your ideas, and EVERYTHING else that you can think of. Take this information and apply it to your vision.
Domain Search
If you’ve determined that you need or want a website ask yourself what you would want as a domain (i.e. http://www.{domain name}.{extension}). Come up with a couple of ideas and then launch Exodios DNA to determine if the domain that you want is available. If it is available, proceed to the next step. If it isn’t available try again with another domain.
Request a Quote
Use our Request a Quote form to help us understand your needs. You can use this form to tell us what you want. Tell us your vision, your budget limitations, and what available domain you want to use (if applicable).
Await Correspondance
Await our response for your requested quote and begin the collaboration process. Once we contact you, contact us and send in your media and information that you've collected. From there we do the rest of the work, make a secondary assessment based on the media and information and give you a more accurate estimate which you have to approve. If you do not approve of our estimate, we will our best to come up with an alternative. Once you do approve, we will create a myNFD account for you.
Collaborate With Us
We will generate samples for you and post them to your myNFD account, and you can then choose the sample that you like best. We will then start work on the final draft.
Make Your Payment
Once the final draft is completed and operational, we will bill you. Just follow the instructions on the bill to make your payment.
